Black Bear Leather crafts each belt by hand, individually measuring, marking, cutting and punching each rivet hole. The edges are hand burnished and hand dyed.
Each belt is a single piece of thick cow hide leather that has been tanned at one of America's three remaining vegetable tanning tanneries. Our belt leather is tanned in a Pennsylvania mountain valley town, settled deep into the iconic Pocono Mountain range.
Each Black Bear Leather belt has a truly authentic and unique quality and character, designed to withstand years of daily wear.
Please note: Full grain leather is a natural product. Grain patterns and patina will vary for each individual piece.
PLEASE NOTE REGARDING BELT SIZE:
We recommend selecting 4 inches larger than your waistline.
To find your ideal beltsize: Measure a current or frequently worn belt from the most used hole to the buckle. Measure to where the strap and buckle meet, not to the end of the buckle.
